Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sattu
  • 1 glass water
  • Black salt
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Jaggery (optional)

Method:

1. Take sattu in a glass.
2. Add a little water and mix well to avoid lumps.
3. Add the remaining water.
4. Mix in salt, cumin powder and lemon juice.
5. Add jaggery if you prefer it sweet.
6. Serve chilled.

Ingredients:

  • Sattu
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Green chilli
  • Ginger
  • Lemon

Method:

1. Mix sattu with water.

4. Garnish with coriander.

1. Roast all grains on low heat.
2. Let them cool completely.
3. Grind into fine flour.
