🛒 Ingredients.
- 1 cup moong (soaked overnight)
- 7–8 garlic cloves
- 1 green chilli / red chilli powder (as per taste)
- Salt – to taste
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Water – as required
👩🍳 Method
- Prepare the moong: Grind the soaked moong in a mixer to make a coarse paste.
- Tempering: Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic cloves until golden, then add green chilli or red chilli powder.
- Cook the soup: Add the moong paste, salt, and water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Serving: Serve the hot soup in a bowl.
