🛒 Ingredients. 

  • 1 cup moong (soaked overnight)
  • 7–8 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chilli / red chilli powder (as per taste)
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Water – as required

  1. Prepare the moong: Grind the soaked moong in a mixer to make a coarse paste.
  2. Tempering: Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic cloves until golden, then add green chilli or red chilli powder.
  3. Cook the soup: Add the moong paste, salt, and water. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  4. Serving: Serve the hot soup in a bowl.
